“But I didn’t buy a condom” – ANC Mayor asks for a “quicky before work” from female employee as husband leaks chats

Bloemfontein – Xolani Tseletsele, Executive Mayor of Kopanong Local Municipality in Xhariep, is the latest ANC official at the centre of a coitus act, albeit with a married woman.

This comes as the husband shares chats between his wife and Tseletsele on his WhatsApp status.

According to the chats in possession of this publication, dated 7 November 2024, Tseletsele starts with greetings before asking her if she is going to work.

What followed was an emoji-captioned “quicky before work”.

She then asked where, after which Tseletsele made it clear what he needed her for.

Then the condom discussion came into action, as neither party had one nor was willing to get one.

It’s not clear if they “smashed” or not, and whether it was the first time.

On the face of it, it’s difficult to tell, but she called Tseletsele “love” in one of the texts.

This is a developing story, as the husband is allegedly outside the municipal offices, fuming.

This is one man who will definitely not vote for ANC.
