Bloemfontein – The African National Congress has, for the first time, spoken out publicly about the conduct of Xolani Tseletsele, Executive Mayor of Kopanong Local Municipality and other leaders seeking sexual favors.

Tseletsele is fingered in the “quickie before work” and “I didn’t buy a condom” scandal after the texts were leaked by the husband.

Speaking on the sidelines of campaigning in Mangaung, the ANC National Chairperson distanced the party from the conduct of its deployee instead of committing to dealing with the issue.

He just negates it and diminishes the abuse of power by their councillors.
