Bloemfontein – Teachers in Mangaung have come out guns blazing against what they describe as a long-time propaganda campaign targeting District Director December Moloi.
This follows the circulation of a video which Moloi’s detractors claim shows him in a compromising position.
Speaking during the investigation, several teachers dismissed the video as propaganda driven by artificial intelligence and aimed at tarnishing Moloi’s reputation.
“We saw that AI powered video and this is a propaganda against Director.
This man has done so well and continues to put the department on the map hence all this.”
“Their aim is to get him fired and expect more.”
Another teacher said technology should not be used wrongly.
“These are results of misuse of technology, deepfake is so real.”
An insider at Department of Education said the timing of this is suspicious.
“The District is doing well and Mr Moloi is due to represent the province in Jo’burg, suddenly this? Timing is very suspicious.”
The authenticity of the video, which is in the possession of this publication, could not be independently verified.
Due to its nature and legal advice sought by the publication, the footage cannot be shared at this stage.
Attempts to obtain comment from the Department of Education were unsuccessful. Department spokesperson Howard Ndaba had not responded to questions by the time of publication.
Inhumane Settlements & It’s Failures
Following our commitment to zoom into Sulky Mokoena and his departments, we are now zooming into failures.
Leaked letter show how the department and Dihlabeng Local Municipality plans to transfer land from a beneficiary to municipality and allocate a new site while other beneficiaries are left stranded.

This while Vogelfontein residents wait for their promised houses.

We will raise funds and go to every housing project in Free State starting with Bethlehem of Free State, not Judia, that’s our commitment.
Once we are done with projects we will activate PRO MAX, allegations of fraud, money laundering and corruption involving service providers and officials backed by evidence.
This is a developing story.
