Court Victiory
Bloemfontein High court has dismissed an application by Michael Family Trust, owners of Lochlogan Waterfront PTY in the R150 million debt owed to Centlec.
Michael Family tried to block Centlec from disconnecting its electricity due to outstanding bill and approached the court in January 2024.
This paves the way to cut the power off if no payment arrangement is made.
