JWANENG, BOTSWANA – Her Majesty Queen Masenate Mohato Seeiso continued celebrating her milestone 50th birthday in style by participating in the Desert Bush Walk in Jwaneng, Botswana, marking her second appearance at the popular regional wellness event.

The Queen was joined by Botswana President Duma Boko, with the pair taking part in a lively aerobics warm-up before leading thousands of participants on the walk.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement as Queen Masenate was seen singing and dancing alongside members of her entourage while bravely taking on Botswana’s warm, sunny weather with her trademark smile.

Despite the heat, the Queen remained cheerful throughout the event, interacting warmly with fellow participants and supporters.

She also graciously posed for photographs with this publication, further demonstrating the humility and kindness that have earned her admiration across Southern Africa.

Among those in attendance was Thabo Maretlane, organiser of the renowned Moshoeshoe Walk, who announced that preparations are already underway for the 20th edition of the event next year. He promised that the milestone celebration will be commemorated “in style”, bringing together even more participants from across the region.

As Her Majesty continues her golden jubilee celebrations, her participation in the Desert Bush Walk once again highlighted her passion for healthy living, unity and community engagement.
