Bloemfontein – The Secretary General of African National Congress (ANC), Fikile Mbalula has once again come under fire for his utterances, this time around it happened at the Andrew Mlangeni’s memorial lecture in Bethlehem.
His actions have met reaction from Setshwana “TheTenaciousWarrior” Chabeli who called him out.

Below are WhatsApp texts Chabeli sent to Mbalula prior in April showing that she reached out to him first.
It’s not the first nor the second time Mbalula finds himself in muddy waters, he once accused Mavuso Msimanga, ANC Veteran of taking “a bribe” and refused to apologise.
He also received backlash after admitting the ANC lied to protect Jacob Zuma, former president in the “fire pool” debacle.
The worst was when he endorsed Ace Magashule few months after she said Magashule will finish the ANC if elected as Secretary General. “Ace Magashule is a definite no no no, the man will finish what is remaining of our movement. He will kill it,”
Mbalula, despite evidence, said President Ramaphosa didn’t promise Alex resident million houses.
Not once has Mbalula been called to order or a push for him to be charged.
Interesting, Mbalula has not said a word about corruptions allegations levelled against his ally, Joyce “Pretenders” Mathae.
