WATCH: “I am happy for the minority group” – former MMM speaker on equality court judgment

Qonce – The equality court delivered landmark judgment on cyber bullying and racial discrimination following complaint by Stefanie Lockman-Naidoo, former speaker of Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality against Bongi Tsoleli, MMC for Transport.

This after Tsoleli forwarded messages with racial connotation in the WhatsApp group targeted at Lockman-Naidoo and her family.

Tsoleli was found guilty and ordered to pay Lockman-Naidoo R50 000.00.

WATCH:

The Executive Mayor of Mangaung, Greg Nthatisi, ANC in both region and in the province yet say a word to condemn the behaviour of their member including the person who allegedly sent the original texts with just months left before local government elections.

According to court papers, Tsoleli said she got the texts from Theodore Mosala.
