Welkom – The expelled and former Premier of Free State, now leader of the African Congress for Transformation, Ace Magashule says he can’t carry the blame for the lack of leadership in the province.
This he said in Welkom addressing members of the media in his campaign trail in Lejweleputswa on Saturday.
Magashule who will be aiming to steal votes from the ANC and reduce their seat allocation in legislature said it’s disingenuous to blame.
“In my tenure, we built 1000 houses and sent 298 students to study overseas, some of those doctors are here with us.
People of the Free State know, that we have recently taken 11 students to study in Cuba and with our own money.
We will also be embarking on drug addicts.
I have not been in the province since 2018, that’s 6 years and you want to blame me for service delivery?
In one year we built 1000 houses.”
In conclusion, Magashule said there is no leadership.
“You can see, there is no leadership.”
Will Magashule’s ACT hurt ANC?
In other news a case of assault has been laid against Magashule and two of his body guards after a man who allege he threw ACT t-shirt at Magashule by mistake was beaten.
