With just 15 days before the internal 16 days of activism against gender-based violence, a prominent politician in the Free State Province is trending while her violator is walking around Scot free.

A moment she thought was private and intimate with a partner was leaked after efforts to extort her failed.

The video in possession of this publication which was sent last week and for editorial reasons not published shows two adults engaging in what normal adults do and at the time Zanele is unaware her con artist is recording her for his ulterior devilish motives.

We stand with Zanele Sifuba. She can feel embarrassed naturally but never ashamed about what has unfolded.

Interestingly, this matter has been in the public domain for weeks and opposition parties like DA and EFF rejected the sharing of these pictures with the content it deserves and opportunistically, the ANC caucus and Women’s League only released statements yesterday when Sifuba was getting support from all over.

She’s a victim to be protected here, not to be made a subject of ridicule.
