Bloemfontein – The recent transfers of at least five head of departments by Joyce Mathae, Free State Premier are part of a much much bigger plan.
While Mathae in a media release said the changes are to strengthen the government of the 7th administration, and stability, time will tell.
As we previously reported on the 23 October 2023, the much kept secret will come to fruition on the 18 November 2024.
With the ANC allegedly behind most of the changes, Sesing is targeted for refusal to processes payments while Masemene, for her refusal to terminate contracts as per unlawful instructions in her court papers.

However, where did it all began?
Just few days after the controversial Imvelo Conference, in February 2023, the below text started circulating.
With HoDs already dealt with in phase 1, phase 2 which according to sources with intimate knowledge will see the remaining other five hods transferred in April 2025 with additional appointments of three vacant posts.
The next targets, as per the plan would be Chief Financial Officers, followed by SCM directors and HR Directors.
This would capture procurement and recruitment.
In other news, Southern Sun will be subpoenaed to provide footage of money exchanging hands in the Patrick Phuti scandal.
This after revelations that an exchange of money happened where cameras were facing.
