Bloemfontein – The Member of the Mayoral Committee for Technical Services, Vusi Sogaqa has demonstrated you don’t need five to change lives let alone unblocking sewerage pipes and patching potholes.

Announced as the MMC in October 2023, Sogaqa has been personally attended by community members in various Mangaung Metro wards including Wepener, Botshabelo, Thaba Nchu, and Bloemfontein.

While many are skeptical of the sudden service delivery in Mangaung and wondering if this is not about elections, it’s neither here nor there as all parties can be accused of this in their respective municipalities or the government they run.
The elections will come and go, people will still need services even on the day of the elections.

For years the community of Mangaung has been complaining about services but lately, things are starting to move and move swiftly.
If they drop the ball, we will be the first ones in their case.
