Mother of a 14-month baby missing in Bloemfontein

Bloemfontein – The recent kidnappings and abductions in Bloemfontein have left a 14-month-old baby motherless.

Sibongile Portia Ngwana, a 27-year-old is the latest missing person after her disappearance on 26 November 2023, she was last seen wearing a blue jean, brown blouse, and sandals according to her partner.

On the day of her disappearance, she was allegedly drinking with a Lesotho national, and after interrogation by the police, he claimed she left just before midnight as he walked her home and she has never been seen after that.

Sibongile is one of many and we hope she will return alive.

The body of a social worker from Xhariep District was found at the Kalkfontein Dam, she was reported missing on the 5th of December 2023.

Another victim of GDV is a 16-year-old Machaka Radebe whose body was found with stab wounds on the 4th of December 2023 after being reported missing two days prior.
