Bloemfontein – Hardly after spending R750 000 on a funeral that the Kotsoane family question, Office of the Premier has gone with cap in hand to Education department.
This begging is related to ongoing Digital Content Creators Colloquium (DCCC) held at PACOFS.
According to the unsigned letter, Dr Mafole Mokalobe, acting Director General of Free State Provincial Government (FSPG) is asking Advocate Humphrey Malakoane, Head of Department at Free State Education to incur costs.

Costs are estimated to be around R400 000 and the companies in question have already worked in day 1 without an order.
The much talked about but poorly attended event started yesterday and will run for three days.
It’s only five months into the financial year but we see another episode of “I blew it”.
This is a developing story.
