Equality court in Sasolburg to hear urinals case and NPA give Hawks a deadline on Mathae

Bloemfontein – The equality court in Sasolburg will today hear  the case brought by Lehlohonolo Mahlabatha against her former employer, Bar With No Name. 

The matter was postponed last month to allow the respondents to attend the case. 

Earlier this year, equality court in Bloemfontein ruled in favor of Stefanie Lockman-Naidoo against Bongi Tsoleli for sharing racial texts. Tsoleli dragged another ANC member Theo Mosala in her court papers.  

In other related matters, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has allegedly sent the docket back to Hawks to tighten the loose ends. 

According to sources close to the case, the NPA has given the Hawks a deadline of 31 July 2025, to fill the missing gaps. 

Last year, Patrick “The Butcher” Phuthi dropped a nuclear bomb that is about to detonate depending in the decision to prosecute or not.
