Its absolutely incorrect to occupy or erect structures on municipal land without prior permission. Yes we need economic activities, but the right procedure needs to be followed.
where do i start and how do i get a permission to occupy a specific place of land?
Just go for it, follow your gut… BUT face the consequences 🫢
I agree with you…this thing is as simple as you have said…no one is above the law. Your money should not be a law unto us. All are under the South African law…finish n klaar. Who cares if you have enriched yourself at the expenses of the masses? No one apparently! At least we should all expect people of the Free State – rich or poor – to follow the law.
Their fellow comrades properties 🤣🤣
Freddie have bn doing good things for the Ppl of Mangaung,This corrupt Municipality must just remove their dirty hands off him, They must just focus on service delivery of which they fail decimally to deliver. Having said All this: I will like to plead with Freddie to consult with this criminals next time..just to make things in a proper way next time.
I am in support with you guys Freddy his doing a good thing for Community of mangaung.it seems like there’s someone who is fighting Freddy and ANC or this municipality they are supporting them
Which community Mangaung?…This man all he knows is how to exploit our community. What has he brought that was not meant to benefit him. It’s not a matter of consulting with criminals…it’s a matter of following the law – Viva GNU viva!
This man has been confiscating land around Mangaung and using the community for his selfish ends…parks everywhere that no single resident of Mangaung is allow on them by Lesotho Nationals who are his security guards. If it’s not land it is RDP houses that are empty and he will not allow anyone to occupy. No fencing for Matatiele residents that they have been promised for ages.
Red ants and police force were called upon community when counselors and other members of ANC instructed the community to go set up structures on government lànd for housing development which was not yet finalized March early this year…people’s furnitures and structures were demolished and further more others were arrested trying to protect their belongings….my questions is if it is true that Freddy does not own the land which I do not have full knowledge of why doesn’t the government use the same force on Freddy like they did to the community early this year? We should not be biased based on status but follow the correct rules and regulations within our society
Freddy he is doing great job for mangaung community i suppose he should be our president well done ntate freddy (somebody fight n jealous of you) we love you ntate freddy
