Human Settlement HOD faces suspension

Bloemfontein – The “lawfully appointed and lawfully entitled to occupy HoD: Human Settlement” according to Judge Molitsoane, Mosa Masemene is facing suspension proving what PLO Lumumba said in 2019.

Lumumba said

“If you are a dunderhead, the fact that you are elected does not convert you into anything but an elected dunderhead.”

Masemene who is called “stubborn” in a text purported to have been sent to Teboho Mokoena, MEC for Human Settlement is likely to be served today while her lawyers, Peyper Attorneys are in court after Judge Molitsoane asked Joyce Mathae, Free State Premier to respond why the interim order should not be made permanent.

The order, favoring Masemene interdicted Mathae from transferring Masemene from Human Settlement.

In the text, the sender alleges it was the PEC that resolved Masemene be removed and she is the “deployee”.

Last year, municipal managers and provincial government hods were invited to the ANC event and even asked to pay money.

This year, the HoDs were invited to a rally in Qwaqwa.

Other than that, government service providers have been paying for ANC events including funding of political campaigns and, the lifestyles of politicians and their families.

With three years left on her contract, Masemene will be smiling at the bank and the question is, is the Human Settlement purse the reason she is removed by all means?

Sources in government say Masemene victory in court is destabilising plans for the upcoming provincial and national conferences of the ANC.

Polediso “50 000 jobs for the youth” Motsoeneneng didn’t respond to our questions which included if Masemene is deployed and the minutes of the PEC that resolved she be removed.
