Bloemfontein – The Public Service Commission in Free State is probing the allegations of improper conduct of Masechaba Sesing, Treasury Head of Department.
Sesing who was appointed last year by the erstwhile Premier, Sefora Ntombela is fingered in the recruitment of Director: Fiscal Policy, and it’s alleged that she illegally intercepted a recruitment process.
A leaked letter sent to Mxolisi Dukwana, the Free State Province Premier in our possession from Dr Henk Boshoff, PSC Provincial Commissioner paints a glaring picture.
Furthermore, Dr. Henk asks Dukwana for the following documents that will assist their probe:
- copy of the advert,
- sop of recruitment and selection (if any)
- discussions/minutes of the panel
- gross list of shortlisted candidates among others
Mxolisi Dukwana, Free State Premier did not respond to our questions.
Sesing had previously threatened this publication with law sues following our publications on PPEs and Macufe. Both matters are with Special Tribunal and Supreme Court of Appeal, ours is to report without fear, favor, and prejudice.
