“Looting at the center of imminent plans to reshuffle Bulwane and Tsiu,” says an IPC member in Free State

Following our article about the useless IPC and its failure to convene the regional and provincial conference despite a clear roadmap, a plan to allegedly loot by those frustrating efforts to hold the conference has been unearthed.

Sources in the IPC say there will be reshuffling in the coming weeks.

“Polediso Motsoeneng, IPC deputy coordinator will replace William Bulwane at Police, Roads, and Transport(P, R and T) while Mathabo Leeto, former Sport, Arts, Culture (SARC) MEC will replace Montseng Tsiu at Health”, said our source.

Our source continued, “Police, Roads, and Transport have always been on the radar of the CR22 team, even Dukwana wanted it but Halala (Premier Ntombela) gave him COGTA.”

Asked why the Department of Police, Roads, and Transport and the Department of Health, our source broke it down into the purse.

“If you look at government, there are only 5 departments with big budgets and that’s; Health, P, R and T, Education, Public Works, and Human Settlement.

They have Human Settlements and want more departments so they can loot.”

Another source sympathetic to Dukwana said the failure to convene the conference suits the Southern Sun branch.

“We do not have numbers and the status quo suits us, if we were to hold the conference tomorrow we would lose hands down.

In Mangaung they have Patrick Monyakwane and he has numbers and we don’t, in Thabo Mofutsanyane which has 99 branches they have Lindiwe Makhalema and we have Lihelele who doesn’t even have support, in Fezile Dabi they have Victoria De Beer, while in Lejweleputswa they have Buti Mojalefa against Toki. Remember how Dukwana pulled the carpet under Buti?

We only have Xhariep with comrade Paki Dlomo but Xhariep has low numbers. They have Andrew Visagie and we might lose it as well.”

It’s interesting how IPC decides which MECs should be reshuffled because others have been in government since 1994 but then again in politics, common sense is as seldom as service delivery, poor.

If Sam Mashinini was reshuffled due to performance then why is Premier still in office?
